According to the creators, the venture happened naturally. In Maringá, the need for a really high standard building was identified. In this way, they began the creation of Acqualina Residence.
The purpose of the development is to bring home that practicality and leisure that you can only find in large resorts and hotels. All comfort and entertainment for your family, without leaving home!
The building has a business center, a space to update yourself on the economy and take care of business. Wine Club, with integrated chef's kitchen and individual wine cellars.
The Acqua Spa will also always be available, with saunas, massage room, indoor pool and a complete gym.
For children, the kids club is an incentive for creativity with interactive activities and connection games.
Acqua Club is a spectacle in itself, it has a 35-meter swimming pool, with children's and family depth, integrated between open and covered environments, in addition to a bar with bartender service. The Private Pool Party is an area to receive friends with an exclusive pool.

We, here at Amblard, were honored to be able to work on the brand of this incredible development. We present a branding that managed to unite the adjectives that most define this project: sophistication, transformation, art, innovation, architecture, grandeur, magnificence.
These characteristics translate into the traits of royalty and grandeur that make up the brand.

In addition to branding, we were invited to do digital work, in the media, and offline, around the city. With that, we work from advertisements on social networks to billboards spread throughout Maringá. And the result of this work was rewarding: 25 Acqualina apartments sold in one month – for 3 million each.
