"Multi experience that impresses", this was the approach created to represent the Business Park, because that's what it causes: diverse experiences, everywhere, at all times, for every style.
With this creative footprint combined with positioning, we built a 360 communication, aligned to offline and digital, which helped sales by offering stunning materials with the speech at the right point.
The Phenon project arrived at Amblard with an interest in being a Business Center, however the proposal went beyond the expectations of a common commercial building, this because the very interpretation of habits of that public was different, as well as interest in designing the project.
What's the big difference? Understanding that people are no longer individuals who separate work and personal life, but beings who live together, exchange and create collectively, each with their experience. In celebration of this, Marluc proposed to unite people with technology and the extra special touch of Élevée standard architecture and exuberant landscaping to stroll, contemplate and live.
Thus, not only did we reposition the development, but we also gave it more meaning. From Business Center, Phenom changes to Business Park! This change of mindset about the project itself meant that walls were removed, new access roads were included so that the Park had a more organic flow.
