Césinha, as they call him, is 37 years old and graduated in Marketing and specialized in business and people management for over 10 years. He currently works coordinating the entire Marketing Department at Shopping Cidade. Responsible, he loves his work and his team also loves him because of his daily good humor, and because he is not the type of “annoying boss”, but the kind of friendly manager. Embrace causes, connect with people, care about and help those around you.

César is very lively and communicative. He likes to be with people, go out, and especially, cook for his princesses: his wife Janaína and daughter Maria Júlia, only 3 years old. Together, they go on walks, go to restaurants, cinemas, parks... on Sundays, they love to walk in Parque do Ingá and go shopping! Majuzinha doesn't even talk: she has a lot of fun, and, an animal lover, insists that her parents take a little marmoset monkey home every weekend, but to take away the little girl's desire to have a little animal, last weekend he and Jana took her to the Pet Fair at Shopping Cidade and let her choose the animal that most identified with her. The result was that she wanted to take about 5 cats and dogs (laughs), but the parents, with pity, let her choose a kitten and a puppy (to grow together and adapt since they were little).
