Sophistication, transformation, art, innovation, architecture, grandeur, magnificence. We had the honor and challenge of putting all these adjectives together in one brand. And so Acqualina's branding was born. Designed to be the largest luxury real estate development in the city of Maringá, with more than 20,000 m² of construction on 32 floors, with 1 apartment per floor and more than 30 leisure options, Acqualina combines sublime and innovative in a single development. The venture happened naturally, we acquired first one land and then the other, still without thinking about this project. We identified in Maringá the need for a really high standard building, that's how we started to create Acqualina Residence. The purpose of the development is to bring home that practicality and leisure that you can only find in large resorts and hotels. These services are the main differential of the building, all the comfort and entertainment for your family, without having to leave your home! We begin by highlighting the business center, a space to update yourself on the economy and take care of business. To relax after work, just call your friends and enjoy the Wine Club space, with an integrated chef's kitchen and individual wine cellars. The Acqua Spa will also always be available, with saunas, massage room, indoor pool and a complete gym. For children, the kids club encourages creativity with interactive activities and games. Acqua Club is a spectacle in itself, there are 35 meters of swimming pool, with depth for children and family, integrated between open and covered environments, plus a bar with bartender service. The Private Pool Party is an area for entertaining friends with an exclusive pool. Acqualina Residence's ambient house was inspired by the most luxurious hotels and resorts, thinking about bringing all this comfort and leisure into your home!
